1 – Continuing on \u05e0\u05d9\u05e1\u05d5\u05da \u05d4\u05de\u05d9\u05dd, and \u05e0\u05d9\u05e1\u05d5\u05da \u05d4\u05d9\u05d9\u05df.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Two opinions of where the water and wine flowed to, after draining into the \u05e9\u05d9\u05ea\u05d9\u05df , thru the holes that were on top of the \u05de\u05d6\u05d1\u05d7. Either they went into the \u05ea\u05d4\u05d5\u05dd (underground water flows) or into a \u05dc\u05d5\u05dc, which was a large stone vat that collected the wine. This vat needed to be emptied when full. The \u05d2\u05de\u05e8\u05d0 says:\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Once in seventy years young priests<\/i><\/b> would descend there and gather from there the congealed wine<\/i><\/b>, <\/span><\/i>which resembled round cakes of dried and pressed figs.<\/i><\/b><\/p>\n

The 2nd explanation by the \u05e9\u05d0\u05dc\u05ea\u05d5\u05ea refers to his <\/span>monetary<\/b> contribution towards the burial or wedding of a poor person.<\/span> \u201cOne should not divulge how much his participation is\u201d.\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n
