4 – We discussed that in general there is an underlying\u00a0 \u05de\u05d7\u05dc\u05d5\u05e7\u05ea if the \u05de\u05e6\u05d5\u05d5\u05d4 of \u05e6\u05d9\u05e6\u05d9\u05ea is on the garment. \u05d7\u05d5\u05d1\u05ea \u05d8\u05dc\u05d9\u05ea. Meaning that if one owns a 4 cornered garment he must affix \u05e6\u05d9\u05e6\u05d9\u05ea whether he wears it or not. So if one owns 50 garments and it\u2019s in storage, he needs to affix \u05e6\u05d9\u05e6\u05d9\u05ea on all of them.<\/p>\n

The other opinion, and such is the \u05d4\u05dc\u05db\u05d4 , that the \u05de\u05e6\u05d5\u05d5\u05d4 of \u05e6\u05d9\u05e6\u05d9\u05ea is \u05d7\u05d5\u05d1\u05ea \u05d2\u05d1\u05e8\u05d0, meaning the obligation is only on the one who wears it. So one can own many 4\u00a0 cornered garment but he needs to affix \u05e6\u05d9\u05e6\u05ea only on the one he actually wears.<\/p>\n

5 – Mentioned the uniqueness the \u05de\u05e6\u05d5\u05d5\u05d4 of \u05e6\u05d9\u05e6\u05d9\u05ea is that there is no prohibition to put on a \u05d1\u05d2\u05d3 of four corners that has no \u05e6\u05d9\u05e6\u05d9\u05ea.<\/p>\n

Rather, there is a positive \u05de\u05e6\u05d5\u05d5\u05d4 that when does put on such a garment, he then becomes obligated to affix the \u05e6\u05d9\u05e6\u05d9\u05ea strings.<\/p>\n

This idea has practical applications. The example we discussed:\u00a0 if one is in Shul on Shabbos and one of his \u05e6\u05d9\u05e6\u05d9\u05ea teras off. Under certain circumstance, (such as sitting without a \u05d8\u05dc\u05d9\u05ea is embarrassing )\u00a0 he may continue Davening with this Tallis that is \u05e4\u05e1\u05d5\u05dc!<\/p>\n

The reason being is that one cannot tie \u05e6\u05d9\u05e6\u05d9\u05ea on Shabbos. So there is no \u05d0\u05d9\u05e1\u05d5\u05e8 to continue to wear such a \u05d8\u05dc\u05d9\u05ea.<\/p>\n

6 – We spoke about the topic of saying \u05e7\u05e8\u05d9\u05d0\u05ea \u05e9\u05de\u05e2 without \u05ea\u05e4\u05d9\u05dc\u05d9\u05df.<\/p>\n
